MPS Yearbook Order Forms

It is now time to begin ordering your yearbook for the 2018 – 2019 school year. The cost of a yearbook is $35.00.  Yearbooks can be ordered anytime from now through March 22. To order, please see the two options below:

Option #1 – Place a check that is made out to MPS for the amount of $35.00 in the provided envelope and send it back in to the school.

Option #2 – You can order online at the site: https://www.balfour.com/shop/yearbook-only-package-a0114710?smi=696

When ordering online, please know that there is a $1.00 handling fee from the Balfour company. If you would like your students name to be imprinted on the yearbook, you must use the online option for ordering. This upgrade is also an additional $5.00 fee.

All orders are due by March 22, 2019.
