State ACTE Technology Competition
The Jasper City Schools were well represented at the recent State ACTE Technology Competition! West Jasper School came home with the most trophies with 12 students having 1st-3rd place finishes!
National Junior Honor Society introduced 58 new members on the morning of May 2nd. 54 members of this academically elite group were 7th graders while 4 8th graders were added. Read more to see the names of those inducted.
Reward Day for Testing Attendance
Students at MMS were rewarded with a dance party extravaganza for having over 99% attendance during state testing. Students played new games outdoors and indoors during their enrichment times thanks to the help of local youth pastors.

Girl Strong Visits TR Simmons for Book Buddies
MMS Girl Strong members visited TR Simmons pre K class to participate in a book buddies activity. The students read stories, completed a fun reading activity, and had a special snack. Each pre K student was given a new book to take home.
